The recommendation of an architect who sings in the choir with another of our Washington-area instruments, resulted in our involvement with the construction of this new building and organ. Situated behind the choir in a shallow chamber in this square building, the organ speaks into the room well, and fills it with a warm, rich sound. Pipes of the Pedal Principal stops are used in the facade.

Another of our "concept" organs, the original design impetus for this instrument was a specific budgetary amount, which could not be exceeded. Built with slider-and-pallet chests, this organ of straight design will serve this congregation with only minimal maintenance for decades.

"The organ is incredible. The sound grows from a faint whisper to a grand, dignified authority that rolls through the nave. I expect this to be a very successful demo organ for you in the future."
