Purchasing a new or rebuilt pipe organ is an investment in the future of the music program our clients envision. They express their confidence in our firm's work when they sign a contract with us.
In turn, we believe we owe them the very best possible service we can provide to protect their investment. All of our organs carry a manufacturer's warranty, valid for up to TEN YEARS depending on the work done. During that time, problems brought to our attention will receive prompt and courteous response to minimize downtime.
We also offer regularly scheduled tuning and maintenance on a semi-annual basis. We make regular tuning tours to nearly all of our organs, once in the spring when the air-conditioning has been turned on, the other in the fall after the heat is on. In addition to keeping the organ in good usable tune throughout the year, such visits allow us to do regular checks on the condition of the instrument, and frequently head off potential problems before they arise.
All of our clients are urged to call our main number at 865-475-9539 any time the need arises. This number is answered up until 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. If we are out of the office, it automatically rings our cell phones after about 8 rings.
